OUR HISTORY
One conviction. One story: Observability.
Phenisys grew out of ISIS-Performance and the experience of three founders brought together by Christophe Gobert's vision: put end-user performance first.
ISIS-Performance is founded
Christophe Gobert and Jean-François Lhomme bring their experience together around a conviction: end-user application performance deserves dedicated expertise.
Christophe Nétillard joins them with the same conviction, establishing the Rhône-Alpes office.
Performance managed services
As clients need continuous operational support, a dedicated team takes shape in Lyon.
The phoenix takes flight
ISIS-Performance becomes Phenisys. A new identity reflects a new chapter, with the same commitment to performance.
Observability takes off
OpenTelemetry takes off. Our profession finally has a name: Observability (O11y for short). This is our expertise. Demand for advisory services surges.
KPeyes: a unified view
Phenisys launches KPeyes, a unified visibility offering that brings IT performance together in a single cockpit.
MS Teams Observability
Our clients keep raising the same need: understanding Microsoft Teams call quality. We respond with an app available on the leading observability backends.

The person doing the work makes the decisions.
